About Jamin Gluck
Hi! I’m Jamin Gluck, the founder of GatherUp and a relentless advocate for workplace wellness and employee well-being.
After years climbing the ranks at Amazon, I experienced first hand the impact a workplace culture can have on a person's health, productivity, and sense of purpose. The work was high-profile and high-performing, but it left me personally depleted. The culture valued output over authenticity in a way that made me resent my work, disconnect from my colleagues, and ultimately underperform.
Enough was enough! I stepped off the corporate treadmill, harnessed my passions for coaching, facilitating, and program management, and I founded GatherUp to help businesses offer their employees what I wish was available to me.
When people feel a sense of support and empowerment, everything changes — from how they show up at work to how they engage with the world around them.
